How to Archive an Agent Profile?
ConvertLead > Left-Hand Menu > Agents

Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Agents screen.

For an agent profile you want to archive, click the
icon.

Doing so reveals a list of options. From these options, click Archive.

This displays a confirmation popup so that you can confirm your decision.

To confirm archiving the selected agent profile, click the
button.

This moves the selected agent profile to the Archived section.
