Instapage Integration

How does the Integration with InstaPage Work? 
 

ConvertLead > Select Campaign 

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Integrations screen. 

  1. From the integrations screen, click the icon located at the top-right corner.

  1. This opens the Create Integration window. 

  1. Use the Integration Name field to enter the name of the integration.

  1. From the Integration Type dropdown, select InstaPage. 

  1. Use the Assign to dropdown to select the company agent you want this integration assigned to. 

  1. Once the selections are made, click the button. This creates the integration and displays it in the Integrations list.

  1. Once the integration is created, click from the created integration row.

  1. From the Instapage API Integration window, copy the campaign link by clicking the button.

  1. Open your Instapage account. 

  1. Go to the Experience Manager. 

  1. From the tabs listed here, open Integrations. 

  1. A number of action buttons are available in this tab. From these buttons, select Forms Integration.

  1. Select an already connected Webhook endpoint URL or go to connect a new one in the main Integrations dashboard.

  1. Paste the campaign link you copied from ConvertLead in the Endpoint field. 

  1. Leave the Authorization Key field empty. 

  1. Select Send by Post as the HTTP method. 

  1. Once the selections are made, click the button.

  1. From the Fields section, map your Instapage fields to your Webhook fields.

Note: ConvertLead has predefined field options/values, which means Instapage must have those exact same predefined options/values provided in the ConvertLead API Integration Menu, and it is recommended for the fields from both sides to be of the same type. 

  1. When the fields are mapped, make sure that you are using the exact name of the fields from ConvertLead so that when Instapage sends the data to ConvertLead, the field names are recognized and the lead accepted. 

  1. Upon mapping the fields, save the integration and make sure everything works fine by testing the landing page sends data to ConvertLead when you opt in. 

  1. This integrates your Instapage to ConvertLead.
